1. Workshop Description

This hands-on workshop introduces participants to building intelligent, autonomous AI agents using industry-standard tools. Over 4 hours, you’ll learn to create automated workflows that can read emails, schedule meetings, search the web, and interact with databases—all through conversational interfaces like Telegram.

Using n8n (workflow automation), Supabase (database), and modern LLMs (Large Language Models), you’ll build three complete AI agent workflows from scratch and learn how to deploy them in real-world scenarios.

Duration: 4 hours + 1 hour contingency
Level: Intermediate (basic programming knowledge helpful)
Format: Hands-on practical sessions with live demonstrations

2. Key Objectives and Outcomes

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the fundamentals of Agentic AI and workflow automation
  • Sign up for free n8n and Supabase accounts (no local setup needed)
  • Build and deploy conversational AI assistants
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
  • Connect AI agents to databases and external services

Workshop Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • Build fully functional AI agent workflows
  • Deploy personal Telegram assistant that handles emails and calendar
  • Create an intelligent RAG system for document querying
  • Connect AI agents to MongoDB databases (DEMO)
  • Understand how to integrate multiple APIs and services
  • Gain practical experience with n8n, Supabase, and LLM APIs
Do I need programming experience to take this workshop?
No, programming experience is not required. While basic understanding of technical concepts is helpful, the workshop uses n8n's visual workflow builder which allows you to create AI agents through a drag-and-drop interface. We'll guide you through each step, and the focus is on practical building rather than coding.
Will I need to pay for any of the tools or API services?
Most services we use offer free tiers that are sufficient for learning and building your workflows:

n8n: Open-source and free tier to sign up
Supabase: Free tier available
MongoDB Atlas: Free tier available
Gemini: Free API credits for new users and Students
Telegram: Completely free
Github: Free
Can I use the AI agents I build after the workshop?
Yes! Everything you build is yours to keep, use, and modify. All the workflows run on your free instance of n8n . You can continue developing them, adapt them for your specific needs, or use them as templates for building new workflows.
What are the system requirements for my computer?
Minimum Requirements:

Operating System: Windows 10/11, macOS, or Linux
RAM: 8GB
Storage: 10GB free disk space
Processor: Modern dual-core processor
Internet: Stable broadband connection

If your computer meets these requirements, you'll be able to run all workshop tools smoothly.
